      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform tactical and strategic sales and marketing initiatives
      - Act as a go-to resource for dealers regarding sales and customer service problem-solving
      - Achieve outside sales objectives and drive new business development
      - Support dealer sales communications and educate them on the new product line
      - Capture market feedback and report back to the Sales Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional outside sales development experience
      - 5 or more years of customer service experience
      - Trailer industry experience preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
      - Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time within a defined territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the trailer industry
      - Strong planning and organizing skills for sales activities
      - Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
      - High energy and self-motivation driven by personal success and financial gain
      - Ability to maintain an acceptable driving record and active passport
