What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and closing deals with local restaurants
- Meet clients in the field to understand their needs and demonstrate how technology can enhance their operations
- Act as a trusted advisor without using pushy sales tactics
- Manage your sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce to track activity and performance
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proven ability to build authentic client relationships with a hunter mentality
- Experience with hospitality or restaurant technology such as POS systems or digital ordering platforms
- Strong communication skills and confidence in connecting with diverse audiences
- Local to the Chicago IL area and willing to travel daily
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations
- Hospitality industry experience in various roles (front of house, back of house, etc.)
