      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales, margin, and expense budget targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
      - Improve KPIs such as Fiberon Market Share and Dealer Share
      - Acquire and retain key dealers and users to drive business growth
      - Optimize local distribution strategies to enhance market share
      - Conduct professional Joint Business Planning Meetings with regional managers and local distributors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid state-issued driver's license
      - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the building industry
      - Must reside within the core geography of the territory
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong public speaking skills with the ability to demonstrate products to various group sizes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Completion of a professional sales training program or certification
      - Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
