      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the territory
      - Cultivate relationships with distributors and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to ensure sales growth
      - Partner with cross-functional leaders to address opportunities and challenges
      - Document sales activity and maintain customer profiles using Salesforce.com
      - Participate in education modules and local strategic partner meetings to champion infection prevention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Acute Care and B2B environments
      - Understanding of basic sales techniques and business development processes
      - Knowledge in Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, Environmental Services, and Surgical Suite applications
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM products
      - Demonstrated strategic focus and drive for success
      - Ability to challenge conventional mindsets and innovate in sales approaches
      - Familiarity with healthcare settings and the use of personal protective equipment
