- Find and establish new agency relationships
- Execute detailed marketing plans effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of insurance operations, including claims, coverages, products, and underwriting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in public speaking and conducting training seminars
- Familiarity with evaluating agency relationships for profitability
