What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow existing business across Upstate New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington DC
- Identify prospects and expand customer contacts while building strong partnerships
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to uncover opportunities and address customer concerns
- Create and execute a territory plan that maximizes field time and meets performance targets
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive profitable growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or 5 years prior experience selling for an industrial distributor or manufacturer
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
