      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with independent agents to develop and adjust strategic business plans
      - Serve as the key liaison within the assigned market for independent agencies and industry associations
      - Manage the new agency appointment pipeline and support corporate agreements at the local market level
      - Analyze market-related issues and agency performance using production data and reporting
      - Promote a full suite of insurance products to independent agency partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
      - Ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on opportunities
      - Proficient in using CRM software for sales activities and client interactions

      - Experience in the insurance industry, particularly with independent agencies
      - Familiarity with comparative rating platforms and industry technology
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
