What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales goals for the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives
- Travel to engage with golf courses, retailers, and partners while building and maintaining customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
- Provide actionable market intelligence and ensure consistent brand messaging across the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Golf industry experience (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods strongly preferred)
- Existing network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partners
- Experience selling technical, data-driven, or performance-focused products
