      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive special order sales to increase market share in various business segments
      - Train associates on product knowledge and provide product demonstrations
      - Maintain existing stock business by collaborating with the Merchandising Execution Team
      - Build rapport with store staff, including managers and order expeditors
      - Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven direct sales experience in the building products industry preferred
      - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish preferred
      - General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industry
      - Experience in home improvement retail channels
