      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Identify growth opportunities and new products within your territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment sectors
      - Proven track record of territory management and new business development
      - Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
      - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., smartCRM) and digital communication platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
