What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly
- Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and key B2B operators
- Drive product sell-in and ensure seamless setup for direct store shipments
- Own in-store execution, including inventory management and compliance
- Activate your territory through demos, grassroots sampling, and influencer promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales record with top-ranked performance and measurable results
- Experience in DSD, route, or field selling, preferably in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco
- Strong communication skills to build relationships and earn trust quickly
- Organized and self-directed, capable of managing schedule and inventory effectively
- High school diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases and remaining active throughout the day
- Familiarity with mobile CRMs and performance tracking tools
