- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and territories.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos of PathologyWatch digital solutions.
- Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics.
- Identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions leveraging digital pathology.
- Partner with Digital Success Specialists for onboarding and implementation.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with organizational priorities.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

The Digital Sales Consultant - Sales Representative (DSC-SR) is responsible for driving new business and expanding digital pathology adoption within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of dermatopathology workflows, digital solutions, and EMR integration to deliver a consultative sales approach. The DSC-SR partners closely with the Digital Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success while meeting aggressive revenue and adoption goals.
