      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion goals and the Dual Brand Initiative
      - Identify growth opportunities and market potential across your territory
      - Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, acquisition, retention, and key account support
      - Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive engagement
      - Collaborate closely with Customer Service on quotes, pricing, and delivery coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or industrial equipment sectors
      - Proven track record of territory management and new business development
      - Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
      - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., smartCRM) and digital communication platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
      - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
