      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies for the designated territory
      - Create brand and product awareness among dealer personnel and dentists
      - Actively sell or support dealer sales of products, ensuring transparency in market data
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
      - Track sales progress and report relevant results into corporate systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years' experience working with commercial equipment in a sales or technical service function
      - Experience in the dental industry is preferred
      - Must be able to travel up to 60%
      - Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency in business software, including MS Office and CRM systems
