What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve established sales and business objectives in the assigned territory
- Support existing direct accounts through regular contact and visits
- Prospect for new accounts and develop positive business relationships with customers
- Provide market intelligence and participate in the development of sales forecasts and strategies
- Maintain accurate records related to sales performance and business expenditures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Channel Sales experience in the outdoor products industry
- Experience in the hunting, shooting, or sporting goods industry
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and business math skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and up to 70% travel required
