What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and win new small to medium business customers within a defined territory
- Set appointments with decision-makers and effectively communicate the employer’s value propositions
- Utilize prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities and document customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and category specialists, to close deals
- Create lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience or prior success as a B2B Sales Associate with the employer
- 3+ years of experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to view rejection as a learning opportunity and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and develop tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Industry knowledge is a plus
