What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve established sales and business objectives within the assigned territory
- Maintain regular contact and visits with existing accounts to support their needs
- Prospect and develop potential new accounts to expand market presence
- Organize and execute effective sales presentations, promotions, and events
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to sales management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Channel Sales experience in the outdoor products industry
- Experience in the hunting, shooting, or sporting goods industry
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and business math skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with the wholesale, buy group, and independent dealer channels
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
