What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory sales and company objectives
- Establish understanding of customer dynamics and identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Increase sales volume by achieving or exceeding established sales objectives
- Conduct training, presentations, and seminars for key customers on products
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales funnel activity for the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four (4) year college or university degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills with proven problem-solving abilities
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold-call, and close new business
- Strong time and territory management skills
