What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and marketing goals in the territory
- Establish understanding of customer dynamics and identify opportunities to increase business revenue
- Increase sales volume by achieving established objectives through effective sales plans
- Conduct training, presentations, and seminars on Essity products for key clients
- Maintain up-to-date account records and sales forecasts, ensuring timely reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four (4) year college or university degree preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently within the assigned territory
- Background in medical sales or related fields
