What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic account management and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key clinical and administrative personnel in healthcare settings
- Execute effective sales processes and maintain accurate administrative records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in business-to-business sales is beneficial
- Must possess strong self-motivation, independence, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with advanced practice clinicians
