What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with North America QTC stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and consult on technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and decision-making through technology platforms
- Develop business cases and technology proposals, aligning priorities across teams
- Lead project execution, including planning, risk management, and communication
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, TGS, and external vendors for seamless execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week for most roles
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry or medical technology sector
- Familiarity with change management strategies
- Knowledge of automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Previous experience in technology consulting or business analysis
- Skills in process optimization and technology proposal development
