  As we prepare to open our doors in Toronto’s iconic Fashion District, we are looking for an exceptional Therapist Manager to take the lead in building and guiding a large, dynamic therapist team from the ground up — starting with 40 people and growing to 70 — supported by a leadership structure that includes two supervisors.

  What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Launch: You'll be the cornerstone of our therapist operations in Toronto — responsible for assembling a high-performing team of 40 therapists from day one, scaling to 70 as we grow. With the support of two supervisors reporting to you, you'll shape a strong, cohesive team culture focused on excellence and connection.

  • Drive Daily Operations: From managing treatment schedules and coordinating cross-departmental briefings to ensuring smooth service delivery, you'll oversee the full operational flow of our therapist department. You’ll ensure that everything runs with precision — and that our guests experience the magic of AIRE without a single detail out of place.

  • Uphold the Experience: You’ll be the guardian of our treatment protocols, ambiance, and service standards. Whether it's training your team on a new ritual or stepping in to resolve a guest situation with empathy and grace, you'll ensure that every guest moment reflects AIRE’s philosophy of care, calm, and excellence.

  • Grow and Empower Your Team: Beyond day-to-day management, you’ll be a mentor and coach — providing regular feedback, designing development plans, and championing continuous improvement. You’ll foster a psychologically safe and respectful work environment where everyone feels motivated to evolve.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You'll work closely with our Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the guest journey. You’ll also report directly to the Operations Manager and Site Director, providing key operational insights and improvement proposals.

  Who are you:

  • You are highly organized and operational, with a strong ability to manage day-to-day activities in a spa or wellness environment.

  • You enjoy scheduling, planning treatments, and making sure everything runs on time and to standard.

  • You have at least 3 years of direct team leadership experience in spa, aesthetics, or wellness operations — not just overseeing, but actively managing, motivating, and developing your team.

  • You bring a minimum of 4 years in the wellness, aesthetics, or hospitality industry.

  • You are a confident, hands-on leader who takes ownership of both guest and team experience. Proactive and solution-oriented, you lead by example and step in whenever needed.
