      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in VTE care path, driving education and program optimization
      - Develop and execute clinical care path strategies and education initiatives
      - Manage account education initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
      - Identify and execute local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences
      - Foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to enhance product awareness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in program development or quality initiatives in the medical device field
      - Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, or Pulmonology is highly preferred
      - 3+ years of experience in program development and clinical quality improvement
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business-to-business (B2B) or field marketing
      - Program Management and LEAN Sigma experience with a strong clinical background
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
      - Willingness to work outside of typical business hours
