      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal USPS employees, providing assistance via phone and email
      - Troubleshoot issues related to mobile delivery devices using provided scripts and training
      - Analyze and resolve problems by following established guidelines and utilizing tools
      - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting customers
      - Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth USPS operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or two years of relevant helpdesk experience in lieu of a degree
      - 2-3+ years of experience in a call center or helpdesk environment with familiarity in software like Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.
      - Strong computer skills, particularly with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
      - Excellent communication skills, demonstrating clarity, patience, and approachability
      - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check for Public Trust clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with call center/helpdesk software such as Five9, Nextiva, Talkdesk, Aircall, or GoTo Connect
      - A proactive and curious attitude towards learning and professional development
