What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with Salesforce reporting and knowledge item creation
- Provide support through the customer support portal
- Troubleshoot administrative and technical issues for customers
- Participate in assigned tasks and projects to enhance team performance
- Gain insights into the dairy supply chain and related AgTech solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in agricultural or AgTech-related disciplines
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Some knowledge or experience with remote access, networking, and troubleshooting technology (hardware or software)
- Basic understanding of SQL preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com's Support Cloud solution
- Experience in the agriculture, food, or beverage supply chains
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer support
