- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Proven experience in client outreach and relationship management
- Organized and proactive approach to identifying key brands and managing tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide consulting support to clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
