What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist auto insurance companies with the procurement of vehicle titles and title paperwork
- Handle and resolve high-priority or complex customer inquiries and complaints received via email
- Create and send Total Loss Packets, ensuring compliance with state guidelines
- Monitor and work a shared inbox to address tasks and directives per company policy
- Review and expedite resolution of aged inventory for file closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of office customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic office equipment and Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in 10-key
