      Assessment Center Manager

We are seeking an extremely organized, energetic, and customer focused individual to lead a team of selection and assessment staff members working at one of Talogy’s key auto manufacturing clients in Huntsville, AL.

      Job Purpose

      To lead a team of individuals to administer selection and assessment tools for one of Talogy’s most valued auto manufacturing clients. To maintain process standards, maintain client relationships, and manage changes.

      Duties and Responsibilities Include

      • Learn and remain up to date with the selection and assessment processes and standards for all targeted positions.
      • Ensure proper workforce coverage for all steps of the selection and assessment processes, including administering process steps, as needed.
      • Ensure staff maintains process, proctor, and information security standards.
      • Manage, coach, and develop staff members.
      • Collaborate with client, Talogy support staff, and local staff members to ensure process continuity, including managing issues related to processes, personnel, information and technology, and/or assessment center infrastructure.
      • Monitor and analyze process throughput against targeted goals.
      • Prepare and effectively communicate process status updates with stakeholders.
      • Maintain method for keeping knowledge documentation.
      • Build and maintain relationship with client.
      • Seek customer desired outcomes and outputs and strive to co-create value.
      • Receive client requests and help scope and communicate possible request resolutions.
      • Effectively lead change management efforts.

      Skills and Qualifications

      • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Customer focused and ability to establish professional rapport.
      • Ability to follow standards and properly implement changes.
      • Highly adaptable, stress tolerant, and conscientious.
      • Able to effectively work autonomously.
      • Strong problem-solving skills.
      • BA/BS Degree, at minimum.
      • Human resources and staffing experience preferred.
      • Microsoft 365 and Workday experience preferred.
