What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement updates to payroll and tax policies
- Proactively identify gaps and ensure alignment across various functions
- Advise and influence the organization on payroll-related matters
- Maximize business value by ensuring compliance and enhancing operational health of payroll systems
- Support a diverse range of payroll programs for employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP and other rewards databases and systems support
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business requirements documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test script development and end-user testing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing internal and external relationships
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong skills in payroll systems, specifically SAP and accounting systems such as Oracle
- Foundational understanding of payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, and payroll taxes for the U.S. and Canada
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
