- Formulate and execute total reward strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure total rewards are in sync with the company's business objectives and values
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive and effective compensation structures
- Lead the development and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they align with the overall total rewards strategy
- Develop and manage performance-related pay programs to drive employee engagement, motivation, and high performance
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Design and implement recognition programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and promote employee well-being initiatives
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in total reward offerings
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate total reward programs to employees
- Provide training and educational resources to managers and employees on total reward offerings
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure total rewards programs are compliant
- Implement and maintain governance processes to safeguard the integrity of total reward practices
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years work experience in total rewards management, compensation, and benefit design, preferably in a multinational organization
- Extensive knowledge of compensation planning and execution
- Deep understanding of HR dynamics is required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, any other European language is highly desirable
- 13th salary
- Performance-based bonus up to 134%

YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced colleague to join our HR team as Total Reward Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the total rewards programs for our Cluster Central East region, which includes Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

Minimum salary: 2900 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
