      We are now looking for a Total Rewards and Global Mobility Lead

      As part of our Human Resources organization in Wärtsilä, we are now looking for an experienced global mobility and rewarding professional to join our dynamic team in Performance and Rewarding Centre of Expertise (CoE). The preferred location for the position is in Helsinki, Finland.

      In this position, you will be responsible for:

      • Designing and developing our international employee assignment programs and policies.
      • Managing our global job architecture and related job grading processes and compensation applications.
      • Designing and managing our compensation and benefits programs and policies.
      • Working closely together with businesses to ensure our mobility, compensation and benefits programs support the business imperatives.
      • Contributing to our CoE agenda by actively ideating and creating content on the key themes and topics.
      • Taking an active and systematic role in exploring the potential of Generative AI in the field of Total Rewards and sharing best practices.

      You will report to the Head of Performance and Rewarding.

      Requirements for the role:

      • At least 8 years of relevant experience within international human resources related roles, with proven experience in global mobility, job architecture, and compensation management.
      • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
      • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage various development projects in a multi-country context.
      • Good communication skills and a fluency in both spoken and written English.
      • A background of leading, shaping and contributing to global initiatives.
      • Experience in working with Generative AI is a plus.
      • You are proactive, creative and collaborative, you take initiative and ideate, you have attention to detail, and you work well under pressure.
      • A strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, you are skilled in working across diverse teams to accomplish various Total Rewards initiatives and projects.
