- Manage change projects involving system enhancements and new functionality within the external vendor platform (Varicent ICM), and internally with the IT function working in an agile environment
- Conduct program analysis and data modeling
- Create system requirements for initiatives that unlock program simplification and process automation
- Design testing strategy and cases to certify IT Transformational initiatives
- Design control and audit processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve data challenges to ensure accurate and timely incentive payments
- Identify and recommend transformation opportunities to drive harmonized and simplified end-to-end system functionality improvements and sales incentive solution optimization
- Support compensation program administration and policies in support of field questions, escalations, and exceptions
- Develop a deep understanding of the systems as a process SME, the business and translate to strategic system requirements pursuant to needs of the Total Rewards sales incentive program design.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Total Rewards, HR, Finance, IT, Field Sales, or accounting functional roles preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Finance as asset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Must display strong financial, analytical, problem solving, technical, and conceptual skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
- Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
- Ability to manage change projects while delivering core responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
- Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Work independently on projects from inception through execution with an urgency to deliver
- Experience with SQL and other statistical tools an asset

OverviewLocation: Must live within 90 miles of one of PepsiCo's corporate office locations. These locations include either Plano, TX or Purchase, New York. Role is HYBRID. New hire should expect to be in office 2-3 days per week.

This Total Rewards Operations Manager position which reports into the People Experience & Operations team, will primarily support the US operations of PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA). This important and highly visible role will give the right candidate exposure to different levels and functions in the company, and a foundation that can be just the beginning of a successful and exciting career at PepsiCo.
It will be fully engaged in overseeing the infrastructure of the Sales Compensation solution used to process the incentive pay for the PFNA US Field Sales organization of 16,000 associates. In scope for this role, will also be identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance system functionality, support continued improvement in incentive program management, and elevate the experience of employees, managers and People Function professionals through transformation initiatives.
