What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive benefits due diligence for M&A activity, identifying risks, cost implications, and integration opportunities
- Maintain a global M&A benefits playbook ensuring consistent processes are applied to each transaction
- Prepare communications and lead benefit presentations for acquired employees
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Perform market assessments of acquired compensation structures and prepare employee compensation data for integration into Workday HCM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with global total rewards administration for a complex organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of accounting and finance implications of compensation plans and programs
- Client service consultative mindset with experience supporting compensation program development
- Chicago preferred location
- CST or EST preferred time zones
- Willingness to travel to Chicago HQ
