      NextRoll is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our People Programs and Operations team. Reporting directly to the VP, People Programs and Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the administration, analysis, and management of NextRoll's global compensation, US benefits, and wellness programs. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the competitiveness and effectiveness of our total rewards strategy.

      The Impact You’ll Make:

      Compensation & Job Architecture

      • Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders to provide guidance on offers, promotions, internal transfers, and other total rewards-related matters.
      • Support the administration of annual compensation review cycles.
      • Prepare compensation-related materials for executive-level meetings and discussions.
      • Participate in compensation surveys and market benchmarking activities to ensure our compensation philosophy remains competitive.
      • Assist with job leveling and job architecture efforts to ensure roles are appropriately mapped and aligned with internal and external benchmarks.

      Benefits & Wellness

      • Manage the day-to-day administration of U.S. benefit and wellness programs, including compliance and eligibility matters.
      • Monitor and report on benefits utilization trends, and support the development of new or enhanced offerings aligned with employee needs and business objectives.
      • Conduct monthly benefit invoice audits to ensure accuracy and cost control.
      • Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit initiatives.

      Skills You’ll Bring:

      • 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits and compensation analysis and administration.
      • Demonstrated experience in multiple areas of Compensation (job matching, market pricing, incentive compensation, equity operations, job architecture) and Benefits (US benefit and wellness program administration, compliance).
      • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and the ability to effectively envision and develop repeatable models.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to explain total rewards philosophy, program design, and recommendations effectively across the organization.
      • A mindset that focuses on working smarter with a preference for simple, scalable, and automated processes.
      • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic; you thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs and can work successfully both independently and within a highly collaborative team.
      • Knowledge of federal and state legislation and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.) for benefits.

      Additional Information:

      Minimum salary of $111,350 to maximum salary of $161,700 + equity + benefits.

      The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
