      Responsibilities

      We are seeking a highly skilled and service-focused Total Rewards Specialist to support the administration of benefits and compensation programs within the transportation industry. This role involves responding to employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate handling of benefits-related tasks, supporting annual benefits projects, and managing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMSCOS). Additionally, the position provides vital compensation support, including conducting market analysis, managing compensation-related reporting, drafting and distributing letters, maintaining trackers for incentive plans and equity programs, and supporting hourly wage approvals. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, data analysis, and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of our Total Rewards initiatives.

      Responsibilities:

      Benefits Support

      • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits plans, eligibility, and policies, providing timely and accurate responses via phone and the benefits email inbox.
      • Collaborate with the benefits team to resolve escalated issues and deliver a seamless employee experience.
      • Support annual projects including Open Enrollment and ACA 1095-C filings.
      • Manage the Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMSCOS) process, including documentation, compliance, and timely updates.
      • Manage Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation biweekly files and Annual Enrollment.
      • Update benefits coverage for employees in the benefits administration system.

      Compensation Support

      • Perform ad hoc Market Analyses and support bid/rebid processes.
      • Assist in maintaining the AIP and equity trackers, including drafting and distributing new incentive and equity plan letters.
      • Create and maintain weekly compensation reports and quarterly Division and Regional Leader rosters.
      • Review and approve hourly employee offers, promotions, and demotions.
      • Provide hourly driver wage information by ZIP code to IT as needed.
      • Support one-off administrative and analytical tasks.

      General Administrative Duties

      • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
      • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits and compensation operations.
      • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of Total Rewards services.

      Qualifications

      Talent Requirements:

      • Experience:
        • Two (2)+ years in a benefits, compensation, or HR customer service role is a plus.
        • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
      • Skills:
        • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas.
        • Skilled in performing mail merges in Microsoft Word.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools.
        • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
