      What You’ll Do

      • Lead & Support – Provide guidance and leadership to claims professionals, enabling them to maximize their potential and meet client expectations.

      • Optimize Workflows – Manage workload distribution across the team, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

      • Drive Performance & Quality – Conduct regular audits (monthly, quarterly, annual) to maintain top-tier quality assurance.

      • Proactively Address Issues – Identify and resolve employee performance issues while fostering a high-performing, service-driven team culture.

      • Ensure Claims Progression – Oversee claim inventories, regularly reviewing reports on aging, productivity, and backlog to drive claims to closure effectively.

      • Enhance Processes & Systems – Collaborate with leadership to improve claims handling systems, workflows, and overall team effectiveness.

      • Manage Client Relationships – Communicate directly with clients to identify and resolve concerns while delivering exceptional service.

      • Oversee Complex Claims – Provide expert-level guidance to adjusters handling complex claims, ensuring adherence to best practices and policy compliance.

      • Support CAT Response Efforts – Lead preparation and response efforts during catastrophic events that require swift ramp-up and deployment.

      • Handle Carrier Correspondence – Respond to assigned TPA carrier correspondence, including proofs of loss, denial responses, and complaint resolutions.

      • Contribute to Company Success – Engage in strategic initiatives that promote continuous improvement, innovation, and team collaboration.

      What You Bring to the Table

      • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in claims management

      • 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years of management experience

      • Previous TPA experience strongly preferred

      • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software

      • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      • Excellent oral & written communication abilities

      • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
