What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO) Partners with the pre-application process
- Review all TPO Partner documentation for approval and re-certification
- Process TPO partner Applications for final approval
- Set up newly approved accounts in Archer
- Monitor and process Comergence Alerts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry
- Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes
- Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners
- Ability to problem solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
