- SAP Access - Familiar with looking up:
- PO #'s, DO #'s, SO #'s
- Cross Reference Handling Unit 2 Field
- Freight Exception Queue Management
- Identify the plant assigned for freight bills that do not auto-code based on logic parameters
- Use identified information to select the correct General Ledger account and apply to the invoice
- Cross reference carrier documents or carrier websites to help with #2
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, References, and Locations to find the correct code
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilitating import/ export shipments and transportation compliance including hands on experience in SAP and with freight and carrier document management
- Strong oral and written communication in English with problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Must have an Associates degree

Job Description:
The Trade & Transportation Specialist role is responsible for local import/export operations. This role assists the performance and smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.
