We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group. You will lead the development of your assigned National Key Account/s for PMFTC to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition. You will develop and execute competitive and strategic programs to support the achievement of planned market and brand-related sales targets.

Your day-to-day
• Coordinate, synchronize, and structure roll out of all commercial and smoke-free products (SFP) activities, to provide for a targeted deployment that is adaptable to KA/Channels.
• Support NKA in building Commercial plans and strategies, and notably by implementing trade and consumer activations.
• Assess trade segmentation data to set priorities in PPOSM/TPOSM allocation and deployment and ensure materials are procured and distributed effectively.
• Set the design directions with the team and internal stakeholders in the development of the Key Accounts and visibility platforms.
• Supervises the TPA assigned to manage the network.
• Ensures the deployment of audit teams and validation of results.
• Liaise with Key Accounts Group on the guidelines and design of planograms to support Sales Cycle priorities. Supports the execution by cascading to the internal team and merchandising teams.
• Establish efficiencies in processes to ensure speed-to-market and projects are within budget
