What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential clients through introductory emails and respond to inquiries
- Onboard new clients by creating records and generating trust invoices
- Prepare trademark applications, including drafting goods/services and uploading necessary documents
- Manage trademark maintenance and renewals, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Track and manage trademark docket deadlines, providing timely reminders to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in an intellectual property law firm
- Strong understanding of trademark prosecution processes and USPTO procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal software and docketing systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in international trademark law
- Familiarity with WIPO deadlines and processes
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills in a legal context
