      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets by selling various brands to end-user customers
      - Develop and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through tailored product and service solutions
      - Mentor local market teams on end-user development processes and purchasing execution
      - Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives
      - Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM tool to communicate successes and streamline processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies, with a proven track record of results
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred, or relevant construction field experience
