      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets through effective selling of products to end-user customers in New York City
      - Establish and maintain key relationships with end-user partners, providing product and service solutions
      - Mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes
      - Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives
      - Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM tool to streamline communication and processes with key accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant construction experience may substitute for education
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven sales record
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory with a valid Driver's License
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales planning processes
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings
      - Experience in the construction industry or related fields
