      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets through effective selling of the employer's brands to end-user customers
      - Build and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs
      - Mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes
      - Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives
      - Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM tool for planning and communication of successes and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant construction experience may substitute
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Valid Driver's License with the ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
      - Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors
      - Relevant construction field experience in lieu of a higher education degree
