What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead training and development initiatives in manufacturing facilities
- Facilitate plant learning and development committees and ensure compliance training needs are met
- Collaborate with operations to coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development activities through data collection and analysis
- Maintain training records and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college education or equivalent work experience in organizational learning and development
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom facilitation experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training coordination
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
