      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, coordinate, and facilitate training classes on retirement readiness and financial wellness
      - Establish training objectives and develop program curriculum
      - Present workshops and seminars using Adult Learning Theory
      - Serve as an internal training consultant to various divisions within the city
      - Track attendance and manage course sessions in the city Learning Management System (LMS)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience in training and development programs, including one year developing supervisory or management training programs
      - Bachelor's degree in education, business, sociology, psychology, or a related field
      - Ability to assess departmental training needs effectively
      - Competencies in strategic thinking, facilitation, and problem-solving
      - Must pass a criminal background check applicable to the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coordinating, developing, and presenting diverse training programs
      - Familiarity with government-defined benefit or deferred compensation plans
      - Two years of experience training on retirement-related benefits
      - Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop specialized developmental solutions
      - Experience coordinating and scheduling large training programs
