What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver engaging training content in various formats, including instructor-led and digital training
- Lead the development of eLearning modules and maintain quality and accessibility standards
- Translate technical and legal content into plain language for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs and provide solutions
- Maintain training materials and ensure alignment with current policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, public administration, criminal justice, technology education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience designing and delivering training for adult learners
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Experience with digital accessibility standards and plain language principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the Minnesota court system or legal environment
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and user-centered content design
- Experience developing accessible digital content
