What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a robust, integrated IT solution providing a FedRAMP SaaS cloud-based platform for recruitment and assessment
- Develop innovative front-end solutions to enhance automated recruiting, assessment, and onboarding processes
- Design and conceptualize training scenarios and materials using state-of-the-art technologies
- Conduct training for personnel through formal courses, workshops, and seminars
- Write various technical documents including articles, reports, and manuals for diverse uses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven (7+) years of experience in Training and Development, system configuration, and software development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; Master’s degree with five (5) years’ experience also acceptable
- Must obtain and maintain necessary security access and background checks
- Proven ability to support multiple development projects simultaneously
- Strong technical writing skills to provide insights and summaries of development tasks

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with computer systems architecture and information systems
