      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Readiness Program Specialist for the 141st Security Forces Squadron
      - Oversee readiness training, including development of annual training plans and coordination with other units
      - Develop and coordinate training materials and Operation Plans for exercises and annual training
      - Provide administrative support for the planning, scheduling, and execution of annual training activities
      - Ensure all security personnel are trained and equipped to meet readiness requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four years of progressively responsible experience in Law Enforcement or Security Operations
      - Experience in administration of Law Enforcement or Security Training requirements
      - Knowledge of Military, Federal, and State laws, and Law Enforcement policies
      - Familiarity with Ground Combat Skills and Security concepts
      - Proficient in using database and presentation software, such as Microsoft Access and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Training Facilitator or in Criminal Justice (Military, Federal, or State Law enforcement)
      - Strong understanding of community-oriented policing and tactical training methodologies
