      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to the training and technical assistance needs of victim service providers and allied professionals
      - Support TTA application process from start to finish
      - Provide guidance to state and local victim assistance programs
      - Expand the reach of OVC by performing direct outreach and building relationships
      - Attend onsite TTA events and conduct periodic outreach visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in social sciences, criminal justice, victimology, or related field
      - Minimum 2 years of experience working in victim service programs
      - Minimum 6 years of experience delivering TTA to victim service organizations
      - U.S. citizenship required
      - OJP security clearance due to handling of PII

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop service delivery plans
      - Experience in mass violence response or community crisis response
      - Knowledge of national, state, and local organizations serving victims of crime
      - Familiarity with the criminal justice system
      - Knowledge of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA)
