      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage execution of all activities, deadlines, and projects for the clinical training team
      - Conduct training sessions, both in person and virtually, for clinical training and implementation
      - Develop and refresh training content to address emerging needs and innovations in the field
      - Oversee dissemination projects including conference presentations and manuscript generation
      - Facilitate relationship building with educational institutions to enhance internship programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Experience working in primary care and/or community-based settings
      - Strong knowledge of pediatric primary care and integrated behavioral healthcare
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management experience
      - Experience working in pediatric and youth settings
      - Prior experience in curriculum development, teaching, and training
      - Clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or comparable license) is a plus
